Paul Reid is a Partner in Fasken’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, based in the Firm’s Tsuut’ina office. Paul is a member of the Nisga'a Nation in northwestern, British Columbia.
Paul has extensive experience in wills and estates litigation, commercial litigation and Indigenous legal matters. He advises individuals, fiduciaries and financial institutions on complex disputes involving estates, trusts, governance and succession matters.
Paul has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and British Columbia, as well as the Federal Court and various regulatory boards. He is particularly recognized for his experience in estate and trust litigation, where he provides practical, strategic counsel on sensitive and high-stakes matters. Before joining Fasken, Paul was a partner at a leading Alberta law firm.
