Rachel Younan provides practical and strategic advice and representation in the areas of labour, employment and human rights.

Representing both unionized and non-unionized employers, Rachel advises on employment standards, employment contracts and terminations, workplace policies, departing employee litigation, human rights and accommodation, grievance arbitrations, labour relations and collective agreement interpretation.
