The plaintiffs claimed from Navistar Canada Inc. a total of nearly C$7 million for reimbursement of the sale price of trucks sold and miscellaneous damages, including lost profits.

The Court of Appeal (Case no. 500-09-024367-146) dismissed the plaintiffs' motion for leave to appeal a Superior Court judgment ordering them to disclose to Navistar Canada Inc. their internal year-end financial statements, their annual consolidated and unconsolidated financial statements and the details of the general ledgers for all of the past ten fiscal years.
