Toronto-Dominion Bank

The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario dismissed, on a summary basis, the vast majority of the allegations in an application alleging discrimination in employment and failure to accommodate. Our success at the summary hearing stage dramatically narrowed the issues in dispute, greatly simplified the hearing process, and significantly reduced our client’s potential liability and cost of litigation.
