In February 2020, Fasken advised LCPF Realty Inc. on securing a loan from First National Financial LP secured by a first mortgage on the property municipally known as McDonald Estates, 9925 Jasper Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta. Fasken advised on all matters relating to the financing, including the loan agreement. Fasken advised LCPF Realty Inc. with a team comprised of Allyson Roy (Real Estate) and Joanne Meadowcroft (Real Estate).
