Hullmark completes first mortgage loan from Otera Capital for 474 Wellington Street West, Toronto, Ontario

In April, 2020, Fasken advised Hullmark (474 Wellington) GP Ltd. (“Hullmark”) in respect of a first mortgage loan in the principal amount of $9,500,000 from Otera Capital Inc. on security of the property municipally known as 474 Wellington Street West, Toronto, Ontario.
