Acted for Manifest Climate Inc. in its CAD$6.5M Class Seed preferred share offering, led by Klass Capital and including investments from OMERS Ventures and Golden Ventures.

Manifest Climate Inc. helps businesses navigate the opportunities and the risks of climate change, and has built a technology platform to help its clients identify and manage how climate change impacts their business.
