Pacteon Corporation, a global leader in end-of-line packaging automation, through its subsidiary, Schneider Packaging Equipment Company, in its acquisition of Phoenix Wrappers ULC

On March 31, 2021, Pacteon Corporation, a global leader in end-of-line packaging automation, through its subsidiary, Schneider Packaging Equipment Company completed the acquisition of all of the shares of Quebec-based Phoenix Wrappers ULC.

This acquisition and its financing were cross-border transactions between the United States, British Columbia and Quebec.
