On October 25, 2021, Dispersion (AQSE: DEFI) acquired Defi Yield Technologies Inc., a platform for investment into decentralized financial services, in an all-stock transaction. Dispersion was an existing minority owner of Defi Yield and has previously invested amounts totaling C$1 million.
We acted on behalf of Defi Yield Technologies Inc. with a team led by Jonathan Conlin (M&A) and included Steven Lumbala (M&A) and Mike Coburn (Tax).
