On January 7, 2022 Anjac SAS ("Anjac") completed the acquisition of Apollo Healthcare Corp. ("Apollo") by way of a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) pursuant to which Anjac, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, acquired 70% of Apollo's issued and outstanding class B shares for aggregate consideration of $327,000,000.
