On April 19, 2022, Vancouver-based fintech company Responsive announced the closing of a C$3.5 million Series A financing round led by Co-operators Financial Services Limited (“Co-Operators”). Responsive is a hybrid wealth advisor solution for banks and private managers that leverages machine learning to help financial advisors better serve and engage investors.
The investment will help the company expand to US and European markets, as well as commercialize their application programming interfaces and integrations to help advisory businesses and platforms rapidly adopt their solutions.
Fasken advised Co-Operators with a team comprised of Will Shaw and Chris Dittrich.
