Pender Ventures, an investor in B2B software and health tech startups, has announced its investment in Veritree Technology Inc., a Vancouver-based company that uses software to transform the supply chain for nature-based climate solutions.
The investment comes as part of a USD$6.5 million Series A financing led by Pender Ventures, with participation from Garage Capital, Northside Ventures, and Diagram Ventures.
Fasken advised Pender Ventures with a team led by Jon Conlin, and included Brock Euper.
