Sophie Desmeules is an associate in our Intellectual Property group at the Montréal office. She advises innovative companies on patents, trademarks, copyright, and technology.
She also practises health law, representing pharmaceutical companies in complex patent litigation and judicial review proceedings.
Sophie assists her clients protecting and leveraging their intellectual property assets, especially with regard to mergers and acquisitions.
She completed a Bachelor of Laws with honours at Université de Montréal and received several awards, including the Dean’s List, the Sean Finn Scholarship and the Joseph-Blain Prize.
