Overview

Stephanie is a lawyer in the Labour, Employment and Human Rights group at our Montréal office. She specializes in the fields of economic immigration and labour mobility and can provide a full range of services in French, English and Spanish.

Stephanie has worked with multinational corporations, small businesses as well as individuals to assist them with their temporary and permanent immigration to Canada. She has provided advice regarding immigration law compliance requirements.

Stephanie obtained a bachelor’s in Political Science from Concordia University in 2013, as well as her bachelor’s in Civil Law from the University of Ottawa in 2019.

Before joining Fasken, Stephanie worked in a national law firm specialized in immigration law where she gained experience in business immigration law. She also has experience in the oil and gas, mining, financial services, retail, digital media, information technology and manufacturing sectors.
