Overview

Stephanie is a lawyer in the Labour, Employment and Human Rights Group in our Montréal office and is the Team Lead of the Immigration group of the Québec region. She has extensive experience in economic immigration law and labour mobility. She offers a full range of services in English, French and Spanish.

Stephanie provides strategic advice to employers, including multinationals, startups, and small and medium-sized enterprises to facilitate business visa applications, work permits, labour market impact assessments, exceptional permits for inadmissible persons, as well as applications for permanent residency and citizenship. She also represents employers in immigration compliance inspections and ensures procedural fairness during administrative investigations by immigration authorities.

She is a trusted advisor in the strategic mobility of international labour and talent for clients in a variety of industries, including mining and oil, construction, pharmaceuticals, financial services, retail, digital media, information technology and manufacturing.

As part of her practice, Stephanie is frequently called upon to advise companies on major commercial transactions, ensuring legal compliance with immigration programs, best practices in human resources, and reputational risk management.
