Tu Anh is a lawyer in the Corporate/Commercial practice group at our Montreal office. Her practice covers all aspects of business law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and corporate finance.
Tu Anh advises companies and institutional investors on complex local and cross-border purchase, sale, merger, financing and restructuring transactions. She is also called upon to support clients in real estate and banking law matters.
Member of the Quebec Bar since 2019, she holds a bachelor's degree in biochemistry and a bachelor's degree in law from the Université du Québec à Montréal, as well as a Juris Doctor from the Université de Montréal.
Prior to joining Fasken, Tu Anh was a lawyer in the commercial law as well as banking and financial services teams of a national law firm.
