Tyler is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Fasken’s Vancouver office.
He has assisted in an array of litigation matters including commercial and shareholder disputes, domestic arbitrations, and criminal proceedings, and has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia.
Tyler is a graduate of the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, where he participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in both the Canadian and International Rounds. He also interned for judges of the Provincial Court, travelled on circuit court to northern British Columbia, worked as a Research Assistant and Student Ambassador, and provided pro-bono legal representation to underserved clients through the Law Students' Legal Advice Program.
Tyler is currently serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
