Will is an associate in Fasken’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group with a focus on complex commercial litigation. He represents clients in a wide range of civil, constitutional and administrative disputes. Will has experience at all levels of court in British Columbia and in the Federal Court.
Will graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Oxford where he received first class honours in Contract Law and Moral and Political Philosophy. During his studies, Will was a student and mentor with the Pacific Centre for Environmental Law and Litigation based in Victoria, and worked as a student researcher with an environmental law firm with a focus on environmental and climate litigation, and aboriginal law. After completing his articles at Fasken, Will clerked for six Justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Outside of work, Will loves spending time outdoors, and with family and friends.
