Kareem Jetha is a real estate partner at our Surrey office. Kareem's practice spans all aspects of real estate law, with a particular emphasis on real estate development.
He assists clients with the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential real estate, assembling and rezoning land, marketing in compliance with provincial regulations including the preparation of real estate disclosure statements, and commercial leasing. Kareem also provides guidance on setting up appropriate corporate structures for real estate transactions including partnerships and joint ventures.
