Tiffani is an Associate in the Environmental practice group in the Johannesburg office.
She has experience in drafting NEMA Comments, Opinions and Appeals; drafting MPRDA Appeals and Objections; assisting in Due Diligence Reports and Environmental Opinions; and assisting in various Water Use Licence Appeals to both the Minister and the Water Tribunal in terms of the NWA.
Tiffani advises clients on the obligation to disclose information and documentation to third parties in respect of environmental compliance under various environmental laws; and acting for mining houses in numerous urgent court applications, including applications to interdict illegal mining operations and unlawful interference with and suspension of mining operations.
