The afternoon will begin with a training seminar on incentives schemes that play a key role in retaining talent in your business. Our lawyers will address the essential features to implement for the creation and day-to-day management of incentives schemes, offer you practical tips and tell you about mistakes to avoid. They will review the tax treatment of the main types of incentives schemes, so that you don’t inflate your employees’ tax bills!
A round table discussion led by Fasken Leaders at Law organizing committee and our guest counsel, Jason Caron, will follow the training session. Be prepared to ask all the questions you always wanted to asked.
We will conclude the afternoon with a networking reception, where you will have an opportunity to talk with other lawyers about your day-to-day work.
