Toronto Community Housing Corporation

On April 1, 2022 Toronto Community Housing Corporation completed the sale of 81 scattered houses in the city of Toronto, Ontario to The Neighbourhood Land Trust ("NLT"). 

As outlined in the press release dated April 4, 2022 [PDF], NLT has partnered with Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) Toronto to operate this social housing portfolio to ensure that it remains affordable housing.
