Overview

Karine Fleury is counsel in the firm’s Real Estate group. In the course of her practice, Karine advises and represents clients in particular in various matters including financing, partnerships, acquisitions and leasing of real estate assets.

In addition to her practice in real estate law, Karine has practiced in corporate and business law in major law firms. She has devoted more than 15 years to mergers and acquisitions transactions, venture capital and private investments. She also has been called upon to work for many years with corporate clients to serve various business units.

With her extensive experience in business law, she assists businesses in their various contractual needs, whether it be for their day-to-day operations, corporate reorganizations, shareholders agreements or various commercial contracts.
