We work on all aspects and types of commercial leasing matters. This includes all documentation related to the leasing of retail, office, multi-use and industrial premises. Our team has particular experience in sale/lease back, flagship space leases and build-to-suit projects. Institutional landlords look to us for assistance with the redevelopment of shopping centres, exercise of options and rights of first refusal as well as buy-back of anchor leases.
