Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in class action litigation, Vlad brings a unique perspective to help organizations manage risk and defend complex claims. He secured one of the few contested class action decertification decisions in Canada and served as lead counsel in a complex common issues class action trial, a distinction achieved by only a select group of lawyers in Canada.
Vlad is an accomplished litigator whose practice focuses on class actions and commercial disputes. He works closely with clients to understand their business objectives, helping them navigate complex, high-stakes litigation with practical, strategic advice. Vlad’s experience includes contract disputes, takeover bids, shareholder disputes, and insolvency litigation. He also advises companies responding to allegations of corporate misconduct, including with internal or regulatory investigations.
