Rakhee Bhoora is recognized for her expertise in litigation and dispute resolution with a focus on administrative and constitutional.

Her key strengths are communicating and simplifying complex issues into easily understandable terms for client; planning legal strategy and solutions; writing reports and opinions and drafting court processes. Her area of expertise is inextricably linked to the public sector and the exposure has meant onboarding matters to ensure that the need for progressive infrastructure development, investment pull and economic sustainability is driven. In these evolving and progressive markets, she has made it her business to understand the clients' business needs and challenges thus ensuring that appropriate and sound legal strategy complement day to day business requirements, operations and management. She is  focus driven, goal oriented and always looking to expand business opportunities and partnering up with clients to ensure an optimal business model is achieved and sustained.

She has been involved in advising traditional communities and traditional councils in mining, community and traditional leadership disputes and she have a good understanding of the Traditional Leadership legislation.
