On December 7, 2021, Keltic Canada Development Co. Ltd. (“Keltic Canada”) announced their acquisition of Brighouse West Business Park (“Brighouse”) – a 27-acre site next to Richmond Oval, for C$300 million.

Keltic Canada plans to use the substantial commercial and industrial site located next to the Richmond Oval to create a vibrant mix of commercial, residential and industrial uses.
