Overview

Tiffany maintains a broad litigation practice with an emphasis on insolvency and restructuring. She acts for a range of clients including trustees, receivers, creditors and debtors in informal and formal restructuring and liquidation. Tiffany also has experience litigating contract disputes, business-related torts, and company, partnership and director/shareholder disputes.

Tiffany routinely appears before the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, and has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
