Arlene Mack is a Partner in Fasken's Banking and Finance group in Toronto. An accomplished capital markets, securities and structured finance lawyer, Arlene's practice covers many areas of banking, finance and securities law, with an emphasis on securitization and structured finance, corporate finance and financial institutions work.
Arlene regularly advises financial institutions, corporate issuers, securitization conduits, underwriters and investment banks on securitization and structured finance transactions across a range of diverse asset classes, including credit card receivables, consumer loans, automotive loans and lease receivables, equipment and automotive dealer floorplan receivables and trade receivables.
She also has extensive experience advising on public and private offerings of corporate and financial institutions debt and equity with a particular emphasis on bank regulatory capital matters.
In addition, Arlene has advised clients on general corporate finance and capital markets transactions, public offerings and private placements of both debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and emerging and high growth company and venture capital financings.
