Skye Resources

Le 26 août 2008, HudBay Minerals inc. (TSX : HBM) et Skye Resources inc. (TSX : SKR) ont annoncé la conclusion de leur regroupement. Conformément à un plan d'arrangement, toutes les actions ordinaires de Skye ont été échangées contre des actions ordinaires de HudBay à raison de 0,61 action ordinaire de HudBay et de 0,001 $ pour chaque action ordinaire de Skye détenue. Fasken Martineau a agi à titre de conseiller externe auprès de Skye. Son équipe était composée de John Turner, Greg Ho Yuen, Krisztian Toth, Lata Casciano, Aaron Atkinson, Ron Nobrega, Tracey Cohen et Huy Do.
