Unionized employers in the public and private sectors across the country faced another challenging year, in part due to the economic uncertainty created by tariffs.
In this “Year in Review” presentation, we will cover significant labour law decisions from this past year, covering a number of topics including discipline, dismissals, collective agreement interpretation, and replacement workers. The speakers will review decisions from arbitrators, Labour Boards and any relevant changes to legislation.
