In this session, our panel will update you on emerging trends and significant developments in collective bargaining over the past year across Canada, including what we are seeing at bargaining tables in different sectors and case studies of significant settlements reached over the course of 2025. In the process, our panel will address what is driving current labour unrest and the strategies that you can use to successfully navigate these challenges times.
