Frank Huang joined the Fasken team as a student in 2021 after completing the joint LLB/JD program at the Université de Montréal. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University, with a major in philosophy and a minor in sociology. Before joining Fasken, Frank worked as a project manager at a real estate investment firm, where he familiarized himself with residential development and commercial management.
Frank is very involved in the Montreal Chinese community, having acted as master of ceremonies for many of its annual events. He hosted the Asian Heritage Month reception organized by the Minister of Canadian Heritage at the National Gallery of Canada in 2019, several Chinese New Year shows at Théâtre Maisonneuve in Montreal, and the Young Chinese Professionals Association (YCPA)’s Orchid Ball in 2018 and 2019.Outside of his work and community involvements, Frank is passionate about sports, having played and coached hockey and field lacrosse at competitive levels. He is currently the founder, commissioner, and treasurer of a hockey league for young adults.
