Renowned for his strategic approach, Guillaume regularly acts for real estate developers and other industrial companies in high-profile cases, notably in litigation with municipalities or environmental criminal prosecutions. A seasoned litigator, Guillaume frequently appears before all Québec courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.   • Northvolt Batteries North America succeeded in having an application for an interim injunction dismissed, allowing it to carry out preparatory work on the site of its future manufacturing plant for electric vehicle battery cells, [Case - Northvolt Batteries North America Inc.], Dismissal of an application for an interim injunction.
  • The penalty imposed by the Ministère de l’Environnement against Magotteaux Ltée is lifted by the Tributnal administratif du Québec, [Case - Magotteaux Ltée], Represented Magotteaux Ltée in an appeal against the financial penalty imposed by the Ministère de l’Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques. The Tributnal administratif du Québec ruled that the breach of section 20 of the Environment Quality Act (EQA) had not been proven.
  • Fasken successfully represented K+S Windsor Ltd, [Case - K+S Windsor Ltd], Fasken successfully represented K+S Windsor Ltd as a third party in an access to information request addressed to the Ministère des Transports du Québec in order to have access to the contract for the acquisition of sodium chloride between these two parties.
