Guillaume Pelegrin is a partner in our Montréal office.

Renowned for his strategic approach, Guillaume regularly acts for real estate developers and other industrial companies in high-profile cases, notably in litigation with municipalities or environmental criminal prosecutions. He also handles cases involving constitutional law, access to information and general government liability.

A seasoned litigator, Guillaume frequently appears before all Québec courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. The Tributnal administratif du Québec ruled that the breach of section 20 of the Environment Quality Act (EQA) had not been proven.
