As an associate in the Finance & Projects Practice Group, Julia Tosi has developed a broad understanding of project development, financing, and stakeholder management. Julia participates and assists in all aspects of a transaction and has been involved in drafting a variety of transactional documents.
Julia is an active team member in ground-breaking projects and finance deals within the renewable energy sector as well as complex banking and finance transactions. She has gained practical experience in assisting the team with transactional matters, including conducting due diligence exercises, drafting financing agreements and corporate documents, and reviewing project documents.
