Rhulani is a partner in the Finance and Projects practice group in the Johannesburg office. She has experience in project finance transactions in energy and infrastructure advising lenders and sponsors in Africa and Middle East.
She also has experience representing local and international lenders (mezzanine and senior) and borrowers in corporate finance, leverage finance, acquisition finance, cross-border finance in Africa and preference share funding transactions. She has advised in financing matters across multiple industries including mining, public sector, energy, real estate and aviation. She has negotiated
finance documents on behalf of lenders or borrower under LMA documentation and otherwise.
She has lived and worked in two other jurisdictions outside of Johannesburg, being Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) and London (United Kingdom).
